ZLD type conical shaft hole elastic pin gear coupling is a pin made of a number of non-metal elastic materials, placed in the matching hole between the two halves of the coupling and the inner surface of the outer ring, through the pin To transmit the torque to realize the coupling of the two halves of the coupling, only one half of the coupling is a cylindrical shaft hole, and the other half of the coupling is a conical shaft hole. The structure is simple, the manufacturing is easy, and the assembly and disassembly of the elastic element is more convenient. There is no need to move the coupling halves.This coupling is suitable for the transmission shaft system of the coaxial line, using the shear strength of the nylon rod longitudinal section.It can transmit a large torque, 0.112~2800KN.m.Working temperature: -20~70℃.It has the ability to compensate for the cheap axial direction and general shock absorption performance.LZ type is used for ordinary cylindrical shaft hole, and LZD type is used for tapered hole.Please pay attention to the selection.Allowable compensation: Axial ±0.5~5mm, radial 0.3~1.5mm, angular direction 0.5

Working principle of ZLD type conical shaft hole elastic pin gear coupling:

1. The rotation of the prime mover drives the swing arm to rotate, and it is thrown out under the action of centrifugal force, as the motor speed increases.

2. The positive pressure of the centrifugal friction block installed on the swing arm on the friction wheel is also increasing, and the friction torque gradually increases and forms a running effect.

3. Under severe overload or locked-rotor conditions, the torque at the load end is greater than the friction torque, and the centripetal force received by the centrifugal friction block is reduced, resulting in a reduction in the force of the slider, and the coupling plays a protective role.

4. When the equipment load increases or decreases suddenly, the friction block and the friction wheel produce intermittent relative movement, which forms an alternating impact load, which repeatedly impacts the coupling output sleeve and the input shaft of the reducer. Bonding surface, thereby damaging the bonding surface.

After the coupling is completed, we must carry out quality inspection and factory quality.First check the accuracy of the shaping scales, such as the shape, hole, and shaft diameter, against the drawings, and then check the positioning scales, such as margins and center distances.When looking at parts with messy shapes and complicated scales, you should draw a table before viewing, first list the shaping scales in the table, and then list the positioning scales in the table, and then measure according to the order of the table, and write the measurement results In the actual measurement scale column, you can check the quality without losing the scale.
