The LK elastic block coupling is an elastic coupling with rubber as the elastic element material, no torsion transmission gap, easy to adjust the stiffness on the spot, with compensation for the relative offset of the two shafts, vibration reduction and buffering performance, energy saving, no noise, no lubrication , When replacing elastic parts (vulnerable parts), the main machine half coupling is used as axis movement (this feature is particularly important for heavy machinery and equipment).

It is easy to install and maintain, and has a long service life. The torsional stiffness of the coupling can be adjusted by changing the rubber formula (mainly changing the hardness) as needed.It is suitable for connecting two coaxial lines with high and medium power and large vibration and shock shaft transmission, such as metallurgical machinery, mining machinery, etc.The original standard (ZBJ19029-90) has shortcomings such as large outer diameter and large quality. The improved new standard (JB/T9148-99 instead of ZBJ19029-90) not only retains the characteristics of good vibration reduction and cushioning performance, but also The outer diameter is reduced, the mass and moment of inertia are reduced, and the allowable speed is increased. After several years of industrial application, the advantages are obvious, and it has become an updated product of the original structure.The allowable speed of the new standard is increased by an average of 28%, the large outer diameter is reduced by an average of 36%, the moment of inertia is reduced by an average of 70%, and the mass is reduced by an average of 57%.
