Product Details

LXS double-flange star coupling is made of engineering plastics as an elastic element. It is suitable for connecting two coaxial transmission shafts. It has compensation for the relative deviation of the two shafts, cushioning, shock absorption, and energy. Moment 20-35000.NM, working temperature -35-+80 degrees Celsius and interchangeable with German ROTEX elastic coupling.

The LXS double-flange star coupling is composed of two flange half-couplings with a protruding claw shape, which is composed of a star elastic element placed between the two flange half-coupling protruding claws to realize the coupling of the two halves The connection of the device.

The LXS double-flange star coupling has the following characteristics: simple structure, small radial size, light weight, and small moment of inertia. It is suitable for medium and high speed applications. It works stably and has good vibration damping, buffering and electrical insulation properties.It has large axial, radial and angular compensation capabilities. The polyurethane elastic element is oil-resistant, has a large bearing capacity, and has a long service life. It does not require lubrication, requires less maintenance, and can run continuously for a long time.
