The mechanical system can obtain a better damping effect, with an average damping rate of more than 36%.

The J-type serpentine spring coupling is suitable for complex working conditions such as temperature, humidity, water, steam, dust, sand, oil, acid, alkali, corrosive medium, salt water, radiation, etc.For the working quality of high temperature, low temperature, oil, acid, alkali medium, it is not suitable to choose the flexible coupling with general rubber as the elastic element material, and should choose the flexible coupling of the metal elastic element, such as diaphragm coupling, Serpentine spring couplings, etc.

The J-type serpentine spring coupling is mainly used in rock crushers, crank reciprocating motion, reducers, metallurgy, mining, cranes and other equipment. It has compensation for medium and high power transmission shafts connecting two coaxial lines. The relative offset of the two shafts and the performance of damping and cushioning, the working temperature is -30℃~+150℃, and the transmission nominal torque is 45~800000N.m.
