JS type serpentine spring coupling is a structured metal elastic coupling.It uses a serpentine spring leaf to be axially embedded in the tooth grooves of the two halves of the coupling to realize the connection between the prime mover and the working machine. Due to the performance of the reed, the resonance phenomenon between the prime mover and the working machine is largely avoided. , The service life is much longer than the non-metal elastic element coupling; the tooth surface contacted by the reed is arc-shaped, and the size of the contact surface changes with the size of the transmitted torque, so it can withstand large load changes. The short-term overload capacity is 2 to 3 times the rated torque, the transmission efficiency is 99.5%, and the operation; and the serpentine spring coupling has a simple structure, easy assembly and disassembly, and large installation deviations are allowed.
