Use and maintenance of slider coupling:

2. Appropriate protective measures shall be taken at each site where personal and equipment accidents may be caused by the operating diaphragm coupling.

3. In order to prevent the fretting abrasion of the slider coupling at high speed, causing microcracks and damage to the bolt holes of the diaphragm, a solid lubricant such as molybdenum disulfide can be applied between the diaphragms or the surface of the diaphragm can be Anti-friction coating treatment; high-speed slider coupling.

4. Long-term overload use and operation accidents should be avoided;

5. After the slider coupling is installed, run a shift normally, check all the screws, if found to be loose, tighten it, repeat several shifts, so as not to loosen;

6. During work and operation, check whether the block coupling is abnormal, if any abnormality occurs, and repair it;
