Operation precautions of diaphragm coupling during hot assembly:

　　Precautions for installation of diaphragm coupling

　　Diaphragm coupling diaphragm products have edges, which may cause injury. It is recommended to wear thick gloves when installing the diaphragm coupling.

　　Please install a protective cover and other devices around the diaphragm coupling to make it normal.

　　When the axis deviation of the diaphragm coupling exceeds the allowable value when the diaphragm coupling is installed, the diaphragm coupling may be deformed, resulting in damage or shortened service life

　　The allowable axis deviation of the diaphragm coupling includes radial, angular and axial deviation.When installing, please adjust the axis deviation within the allowable range of the corresponding product catalog.

　　When multiple deviations of the diaphragm coupling occur at the same time, the corresponding allowable value should be halved.

　　In order to extend the service life of the diaphragm coupling, it is recommended to set the axis deviation within 1/3 of the allowable value.

　　Tighten the screws after inserting the diaphragm coupling into the mounting shaft. Otherwise, the diaphragm coupling will be deformed. When tightening the screws, please use a torque wrench. Do not install with screws other than accessories.

　　If the diaphragm coupling produces abnormal sound during operation, please stop the operation immediately and check the installation accuracy and screw loosening separately. It is recommended to apply adhesive on the outer surface of the screw after installation and debugging to increase the protection performance.
